We have introduced Single Sign On or SSO. The first is using the Magic Link so this is still going to be an option to log in which you type in your email address registered to Compass. It will send you an email with a link to then click.

The second is through Microsoft. Now if you're signing in through Microsoft, you might be required to provide additional verification - this might include a code through your Authenticator app or it might ask you to send a text to your mobile or a separate email that you might have attached to your account. You'll then be asked to provide permissions to Compass IoT. You'd press the check button and then continue.

Lastly, we have through Google. This would take you to sign in with Google you would then click the email associated with your account and your organisation and that would then take you back to the platform after logging in and doing some verifications.

Please note that SSO does not give you the ability to switch the email associated with your account, nor does it allow you to use a personal email. You'll still need to use the email that was registered to your account.
