Logging in to Road Intelligence

What you’ll learn

There are two ways to sign into the platform: with Magic Link or Single-Sign On (SSO).

In most cases, your Road Intelligence account will already be generated using your organisational email address. If you had an account made, you will have received a Welcome email from us to your registered email.

Magic Link Login

1. Go to https://app.compassiot.cloud/
2. Enter your email in the text box on the right panel and click the ‘Login’ button.
3. Go to your organisational email inbox.
4. Open the Welcome email from Compass.
5. Click on the Login button or the link below it.
6. You will be taken to the Road Intelligence Home Page.

Single-Sign On (SSO) Login

SSO is now available for organisations who have Google or Microsoft accounts. To log in:

1. Go to https://app.compassiot.cloud/
2. On the right panel, click on the appropriate SSO button.
3. Follow the prompts using your organisational email.
4. You will be taken to the Road Intelligence Home Page.

Troubleshooting

In some cases, you will have heard of Road Intelligence before we’ve created an account for you. So, when you log into Road Intelligence, you might get an error.

This means you need an account to be created. If your organisation already uses Road Intelligence, please put in a request for access here: https://www.compassiot.com.au/sign-up-form

We have introduced Single Sign On or SSO. The first is using the Magic Link so this is still going to be an option to log in which you type in your email address registered to Compass. It will send you an email with a link to then click.

The second is through Microsoft. Now if you're signing in through Microsoft, you might be required to provide additional verification - this might include a code through your Authenticator app or it might ask you to send a text to your mobile or a separate email that you might have attached to your account. You'll then be asked to provide permissions to Compass IoT. You'd press the check button and then continue.

Lastly, we have through Google. This would take you to sign in with Google you would then click the email associated with your account and your organisation and that would then take you back to the platform after logging in and doing some verifications.

Please note that SSO does not give you the ability to switch the email associated with your account, nor does it allow you to use a personal email. You'll still need to use the email that was registered to your account.
